RE:Compaq agreed to not use the K6 in their Presario SKUs.

Compaq is selling a Presario with a 233MHz K6 inside RIGHT NOW. Go down to your local retailer. Paul was the first to report this.

Compaq is using the K6 233 MHz chip in the Presario 4540 - reported first by yours truly - a week ago!
