George has requested more information about the warrants: The warrants can be exercised at 3 1/8. After the stock is purchased, it can indeed be sold immediately on the open market if it is covered by a registration statement. The registration statement has been filed but is not presently effective; we expect it to be in effect in advance of the warrants becoming in the money. Q: Do you have any idea why there is so much bearish pressure on the stock other than tax loss selling? A: No, I do not. Sorry. ;-)
