I believe NVIDIA is owned by SGS-Thomson. As for
the high volume today, somehow volume is high
on stocks in the sector on this last day of the
year -- look at TRID, OAKT, up 10% or more on
no news.

From their website "NVIDIA is a privately held company with venture financing from
Sequoia Capital, Sutter Hill Ventures, Itochu Corporation, Jafco Ventures, and
Worldview Technology Partners."

By the way, we are talking about a very small company. I don't have revenue or shipment figures, but they only have 75 employees.

Keith, there are lots of competitors, always have been. But SIII's value in the Taiwan wafer foundry alone is worth $5-$10/share by itself, IMO. ALSC's investment in same wafer foundry is pegged at $10-$15/share for ALSC. WOW ! That's value! My guess is that these fire sale prices won't last.
