My original contention was that US temperatures don't support a claim climate is getting more extreme.

You focused on a part of one chart which showed an upslope apparently wanting to shift away from the extreme issue. I guess I should be glad you apparently agree the data didn't show a trend toward more extremes.

As to looking at the two end points to tell the whole story I can see why you'd want to do that but I think the lack of a consistent upward trend between those endpoints is telling too.

As to those states, Trump won't carry any. Trump is arranging for Hillary to win a blowout. A lot of people are delusional right now.

BTW that challenge about global avg temperatures .. I never saw you define the base avg temperature was.
