Momenta (MNTA) up almost 30% at this moment on volume, thanks to most of Teva 40mg Copaxone patents being invalidated (the last one should go fairly easily & quickly). The decision can and will be appealed, but Sandoz will launch at (minimal, IMHO) risk on approval, which should be imminent. Not insulting your intelligence here, Roy, by replying to your post.
