Reagan did NOT end the Cold War..

There was a brief break in it ONLY because of Gorbachev.

Reagan had nothing to do with it. Reagan THREW money away on the military and most of it was just WASTED.

There was NO peace dividend.

Reagan was just Lucky that Gorbachev gained power while he was in office.

Once Gorbachev and Yeltsin were gone then Putin came in and we were back to square one.
