Also notice, at least here in the Bay Area, the talk is all about how expensive it is to live here and how "nobody" can afford to buy a house... and not about how it has "always been this way" and those of us who sacrificed and saved to buy small and work up, just as we slowly invest in stocks for the long term, live here now for far less than it would cost to rent. Little talk about success in the stock market or success with real estate. All we hear is how the "entitled" are upset a decent job after a good college degree doesn't automatically allow them to buy a home in the best areas. See facebook.com
