I see Boyatt figures prominently in that issue. Obits show a guy who was at Ben Het. The Sovs... er, Russians seem to have been building up in Ukraine for some time now. People around there are getting worried. "Ukrainian intelligence: Russian FSB has distributed 200 Ukrainian army uniforms to Donbas pro-Russian fighters. Other developments: Russian AD battallion from Far East brigade have popped up in Eastern Ukraine, new EW systems spotted as well and continued increased supply of fuel, munitions and certain heavy weapons systems (T-64s etc) to proxy forces. Meanwhile Ukraine have deployed S-300 systems to two regions, suggesting that they can't rule out airstrikes. Actually I think the Ukrainians are getting seriously concerned now, seems like they did an air recon with combat jets over the occupied territories earlier today. First one they've dared in a long time. Strela systems were relocated later in the day to cover the apparent gap they slipped through. The Latvian army has just initiated a readiness check of it's easternmost units, it is both unusual in itself and very unusul following so close - two days - after a big regular exercise. Usually some downtime for recovery is alloted."
