Sergio, Same here. Started to read the darn thing at work (on my lunch hour, of course) warm and sunny in CA 70 to 75 on the coast. No you are not jealous! Anyway when I awoke :-) I was no further ahead then I was before. The filing is complicated. Aside from the foriegn investment portfolilo PICO holds they also are heavy into land ownership in Nev. land. Over 1 million acres...I know you have never been to Las Vegas but of all of the land in Nev. is like what's around there I'll pass. Nev. is growing, but with property values what they are in that state I'd say that 1+ million acres are worth about 1+ million dollars. I like the charts on this one but am a bit concerned about all of the name changes, reverse mergers, and paper shuffling that goes on.
