So with Manafort gone, who has any experience with running a campaign, setting up district offices, and getting out the vote? Excellent question. You may have seen Ezra Klein's comment yesterday that Clinton will win by larger margins than the polling indicates because the Trump camp has no ground game. Polling assumes equally strong ground games.
