I suspect we will definitely get there on the gold equivalents, and if they find some kind of feeder system might even get there on the gold.
Once B knows enough to determine they want it, they will go swiftly to the deal, as more drilling will just find more gold, making them pay more,

I suspect the winter and spring drilling program(summer/fall there, the best time for this work) will tell the tale. Not there is no shortage of drill rigs now,and B could easily put ten rigs on site to get things done quickly while the rigs are available cheaply, a pickup in gold and rigs will be short again, and Cerro Blanco could also be given a few more holes based on past work and geophysical targets based on the chemical zones drilled earlier(duds, mostly)

A lot depends on gold coming back and silver staying high for the $20-30's to be reached. If current trend holds true we will end up around 500 million ounces of silver, worth $1-1.50/share x 30% or around 50 cents to PFG =$250M =$10 per share. The eventual gold is a wild card and we must wait for it.
I based the 500 M ounces on 91 M found at 15% anomaly explored, x 6.5=
600M, and cut to 500M. But just a sky blue projection, as we do not know the depth and extent of the anomaly. It could be deeper, and have more gold at depth, with the silver more highly mobilized and spread??
