APMC...

A quick look at the charts supports Sergio's caution on this one.
This stock is in serious downtrend mode and is very close to making a new all-time low.
TA needs a lot of work; intermediate & long stochastics are almost on the floor. plus, 4 months of basing at about 8 1/2 sets up lots of overhead resistance.
