I dunno - these nuke guys seem to go at their own schedule. Its almost like this nuke stuff is dangerous or something.
Having worked on a project with employees from a Nuclear Power Generation plant, it seems to me that you have grasped a fundamental concept.

For nuke guys, there is the right way to do things and then there is every other way.

it makes no difference if CCB was invited or not invited.
It has had zero affect on the sp, clearly the market doesn't care, yet.
