David, that is what the "Next" button is for. ROd was responding to my post, and was doing so quite politely. Who is really showing off here? This is an open forum. Not limited to what you consider relevant or interesting. If you don't like the rules go elsewhere. Rod was not out of line.

The only reason that I can see for you posting it is for some kind of weird teenager-style showing-off. The reason for posting that information was to explain a legitimate issue which David had regarding C++ efficiency and I can assure you I am long past the point where showing off holds any interest for me. Moreover, it's very telling that you find that showing off, very telling indeed. However, that's not why I have bothered to reply. In your effort to dictate what can and cannot be discussed, you have decided to use personal insults and filth as a tool. We simply don't tolerate that around here. Please understand that. Now, had you supplied an e-mail address, as you are so rudely compelling everybody else to utilize, I would have politely e-mailed you about this. We all have e-mail addresses, try following your own advice and using it and while you are at it, try hit the NEXT button if you feel a particular topic is over your head or doesn't interest you.
