Ed: Thank you very much for sharing your conversation with George Zilba. You apparently asked some of the exact same questions I would have. Of course, there are still a lot of loose ends floating around in my mind, such as: 1. What would really prevent Sharp Image and LYMCA from simply bypassing NorAm and dealing directly? (Contracts don't always cover all contingencies, and people don't always honor their contracts.) 2. It looks like Sharp Image is the company that is really sticking their neck out here. They are going to be out of pocket several millions before they get paid back. Do they truly have the financial strength to handle the challenge? Why are they willing to extend themselves so badly? 2. I would still like more precise information on the cost of the machines, ownership of the machines, and payment schedule of the machines. 3. Who is going to empty the machines, how often will they be emptied, and who is going to be verifying the receipts for NorAm? 4. What cut, if any, is going to pay off the politicians and/or police? 5. When will the next batch of machines be shipped? And the third and fourth....? 6. Who is coordinating the advertising and promotion in V-land? And how far along is that activity. And who is paying for it? 7. I'm still bothered by the fact that the Company has not tried to recover the shares that were issued to PR firms in the past which failed to do the job they were hired for. If the Company has a legitimate claim against them, there should be some attornies out there who would go after them on a contingency basis. Has the Company pursued this possibility. If not, why not? Well, that's just this morning's concerns. I guess I'll e.mail a copy of this to NorAm. I prefer to see answers in writing. Also, they can respond at their leisure rather than having to talk to me when I call. I'll let everyone know what I learn. George E.
