Do you have any idea how silly it looks for a adult male to complain that someone posts to him? I cannot fathom calling someone's boss and saying,, "he posted to me" like you do. To talk through a 3rd party, such as you posting to Pugs about MK, then whining that he posted to you is beyond childish... it's almost bizarre IMO.

You apprently agreed that the short squeeze on NYER was a fabrication... that would be one example of unjustified hype maybe ? NYER shareholders of 05-31-96 email me at: NYER-GVEC@psicop.com I am in the process of forming a list of shareholders from that original SOR date of 5-31-96 that were robbed of their investment money and spin-off shares. I think a major shareholder has already made a move in this matter and I will try to contact him and join in on his suit. I will pass along all informations to him also. I invested some $318,000 in NYER back in may 1996 and lost some $95,000 plus dollars on it. Plus the GVEC spin-off shares that I was a SOR of. I am not alone in this matter and NYER, GVEC, Shamrock, and others are going to be the butt of several classactions in the very near future. I know of one other major shareholder that was SOR 5-31 and sold and lost more that I did in June and is fuming also. This is an outrage and all Nyer Shareholders who have gotten screwed in this deal should band together and sue Shamrock, Nyer and all the brokers who promoted them. The SGA Goldstar press releases on the "short squeeze" was fabricated IMHO and you know what happened to them. We should put these bastards out of business so they can't do this again.
