For the nine months ended 9/30/97, net sales totalled $100.5 million, up from $40.7 million. Net income totalled $4.8 million, up from $2.2 million. Results reflect the acquisitions of Charcoal Service, Air Seal Filter Housings and Precisionaire, and the establishment of new subsidiaries.
