Good info, thanx.....I gather you're in the business. I believe standard homeowner's policies work in similar fashion, ie owner makes a claim but insurance only pays for value at the time of the original purchase or the % of coverage you bought originally.......I believe it is very hard to find an insurer that will give you full replacement value for your claim....most people don't know that either...
