Impristine,

There's nothing wrong with "supporting the stock price" with
factual information while "supplying an incredible product
and service to the customer". Companies both large and small
hype their products through public relation and advertising
media all the time. The point I was trying to make was that
Cymer appears to have its wrists and ankles tied when it comes
to tooting its own horn because of very strict non-disclosure
documentation. My comment as well was it would be in Cymer's
best interests to modify those agreements to allow for more
flexibility as to what Cymer can disclose. Right now it appears
that Cymer's stepper customers are calling most if not ALL
the shots, which leaves CYMI's shareholders with not too
many facts as to what is going on. Management more than anyone
else wants to see the stock price rise unabated because of its
current holdings and future stock options. It's about "show me
the money!!" and not only about running an efficient and profitable
operation.

You also raised the very interesting question as to "who holds
the GOLD in this situation"? Cymer's technology and support, of course. Without it stepper firms would have to rely on inferior technology. Agree???

Long on Cymer, Allan
