A couple things from tonight's MoneyLine:

- One issue was stated that there are actually companies that will MAKE money from this problem...IBM was the only company stated outright. See what tomorrow brings for the sector.

- Wasn't stated so much as implied... more potential problems
were discussed with embedded systems than traditional MIS code issues. Mentioned were elevators, airplanes, traffic control systems etc.

I think it is only a matter of time until the investing public realizes that TPRO IS different than DDIM, ACLY etc., and it is the only real game in town.

When the panelist stated that Europe was 80% Y-2000 ready I was in disbeleif. Because of the Euro problem? I remember a post a month ago where IBM in Europe said they could not fix their Euro currency and their Y-2000 problems in time, so they were suspending their Euro conversions for the moment. I wish I remembered where I read that. Anyone out there remember?
