Jeffrey, thank you for pointing out the possible legal difficulties that might be faced from using a name which has already been in use by the musical group that you so diligently posted.

I have contacted my attorney, Carlos the Jackal, and even though he is currently incarcerated, he was able to research this issue for me. It is his professional legal opinion that the copyright infringement will never become an issue because said musical group is too dense to ever realize that their rights have been violated.

He also believes that your post is a blind-side attempt to detract from the efforts currently underway regarding the unlawful use of large farm animal puns by executives and affiliates of your company. I would suggest that you attend to the matter at hand before engaging in any more misguided undertakings.
