Hi Mike, i'm sure you are aware that IAIS is a fairly new ipo. I have never been a big fan of ipo's but that doesn't mean that they are bad. It just means I can never pick the right ones. LOL

the first thing that really concerns me about this company is that they have virtually no cash. In September of 1997 they had $167,000 at the end of Dec 1996 they had 1.174 million.

According to the third quarter results the company had almost as many liabilities as assests. Assests $143,120,000 to Liabilities of $137,452,000.
