I was curious what division osicom seems to owe back taxes on.
Wow! its not Builders Warehouse Association, Inc!

ffective September 1996, the Company acquired Cray
Communications, Inc., the U.S. division of UK-based Cray Electronics
Holdings, PLC(L:CYEL). Cray Communications, based in Annapolis
Junction, Maryland, designs, manufactures, markets, and supports an
extensive range of communications products and systems for local area
networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs). Cray Communications
provides end-users with intelligent products to support data, voice, and
video transmission over a wide variety of carrier services. Network access
products include: CSU/DSUs, ISDN terminal Adapters, Frame Relay
Encryptors and T1 Multiplexers. Internetworking products include: branch
office routers, enterprise routers and switches. The acquisition adds WAN
access, branch office routers, and frame relay technology to Osicom's
product capabilities.
