Thanks for dumbyfying the topic, as always. Public roads? Many Chicago street corners are owned by the gangs. You and the ACLU are welcome to walk down 72nd after dark. Medals for everyone after that. I can't think of a better way to get the guns off the streets, especially now that holding a little grass is almost legal. Way too much heroin, over 300 fatalities, bust that and the guns. Constitutional rights are the last thing to need protection in a war zone.
