Mike..It is my understanding that Feb. is the cut off date when the NASD is supposed to vote on the delisting of under 1.00 stocks. This is why so many of them are doing reverse splits. Also they are supposed to "clean up 3400 BB stocks and send them to the pink sheets.
The NASD small caps are the only ones that are supposed to be affectd by the Feb. vote. Thus ATEC, NURS, JAVC, and others that I have owned or own will go through the reverse. Reverses have not been good news, however, some have been okay. There was a WSJ article a couple of weeks ago about the whole thing. NASDAQ. com had some info on their site also. I don't know if it is still there.

BTW I'm on the other side of the prison system. Yes, I do smoke...if rubbed rapidly against a rough object. (the wife calls it attitude)
