appropriate. Frankly I can't see any "Nays" that might argue with
it. There may be a few on this thread that prefer not to explore the free thought you recommend or the right of others to employ the same type of thinking.

Everyone must be careful...pro and con. That is why they should
discuss valuations...not state they are no longer necessary. You
used the term "shell". In this instance it might appear to some
that RMCW is buying the OVIS/RMIL shell. However that cannot be determined without full financial disclosure. That is the real problem. Nobody can accurately evaluate either RMCW or OVIS/RMIL
without up to date information on both.

Thank you for being the first person of note among the Yeas to finally be willing to get this managment to respond.

I have no personal opinion about whether or not you decide to remain long or sell your shares in RMIL.

What I do care about shareholders becoming activist in making management respond to their concerns.

I commend you on your post. seriously
