There is a new and rising ECM power out there. Bain Capital has quietly purchased several of the larger, regional PCBs and specialty board makers. They acquired Details in SoCal, Cuplex in Dallas, Dynamic Circuits in San Jose and just recently they bought NTI in Colorado. These are all very good companies and together all these components may rival a Hadco or Sanmina. I wonder if they plan to rename all these companies and then market their services with a unified sales force prepratory to spinning them off to the public?

Anyone have info or know anything about Bain?
