Most of the time one can get seriously hurt for trying based on false belief that the state is fair. In any case, in the current case, given hk legal system and procedure, my so far effective standing up to the state have involved no legal fees, merely leveraging on the state's institutions and procedures to challenge the same state, and progressed to involving higher and higher officers of the state to decide how far down the rabbit hole they wish to go whilst knowing full well that a serious legal case shall greet and meet them at their sorry end should they fail to follow procedures. An independent body entity comprised of retired judges and such personage is now asking questions and getting at answers. Should the independent observers be dissatisfied then the whole mess ends up on the desk of the Chief Executive (final decider) of this freedom island and the police commissioner, which of course gets serious, especially w/i context of current social atmosphere. Should the case go that far, I aim to devote the necessary resources to invigorate the rule of law in Hong Kong and see all culprits legacy set in stone. The case is simple, and the high court already ruled once in my favor, throwing out the ruling by the lower court against what is right. The lower court judge is tainted by the high court ruling, I paraphrase, "... I read several times what you wrote, and I must admit, I do not know what you are trying to say ...", and the DoJ officers walked themselves into a position of untruth. All my evidence submitted are on government stationary, signed by officials. May he who dispenses justice be righteous and merciful The police has been caught in telling untruth, bias, and cover-up Ugly Aim to see perps in the civil service punished for evil deeds. All-in, and on record, on govt stationary
