Any movement that counts the alt-right and other white nationalists as its base is not one I want to be a part of. That is the ideological objection. There is a practical one, also. Any movement that has those groups as a base cannot attract enough members to make a difference. That is demographics at work and it really doesn't matter how many guns they have. There just are not enough marginalized white people in the country any more. The only way forward is for them to join with other marginalized people and those groups mentioned above prevent it. So no matter how noble their cause is, and it is very similar to what the Occupy people tried to do, their tolerance of racism renders them moot.
