OHI is almost a steal at these prices... I've been adding... now up to 160% position and climbing.

I guess you are saying there's overlap among MPW, OHI, and VTR. Which seems like it could be correct. I have only MPW. Looking just at OHI now, after JimisJim's post, I see that OHI is skilled nursing/assisted living which doesn't seem to overlap with MPW (hospitals/acute care, wellness centers, etc.) Based on that and imo OHI's good metrics - esp. increasing dividend, and the fact that JimisJim is in it with conviction, I'll look a bit further at OHI and consider a position.
