It's the pay for play. Taking money - both in speaking fees and Foundation donations - from people and nations that clearly are buying influence.

Corruption has been a characteristic of her from the beginning ... the first obvious sign was back when Bill was elected governor and a Tyson Foods lobbyist arragned for her to get $100K in fake cattle trading profits through a crooked broker (mirror trades).
