Jack: "A colon is used when one wants to draw attention to that which follows", another example of the shortcomings of the august language.

When I read this, I was under the impression that an natomic description of bodily functions will ensue. Really, for a language proud of having 500,000 words or so in common usage, could not you people find different words for the grammatical and anatomic colon?
