On the inverted H&S, if the neckline is around 8200 and the head is around 6900, the projected moved is 1300 points. If we add 1300 to 8200 we get 9500. I was off 100 points.

Are you saying that what looks like an inverted H&S to me is really a widening triangle, or wedge, with new lows expected?

I assume you would classify a move to 6650 from the top of 8250 as a bear market. (Is that correct?) If so, does that imply that a breakout below 7750 will confirm that we are in a bear market?
