What is very interesting is that if Lucent wants this company, tomorrow may be its last chance to cut a deal at these very low market prices.

I'm sure that LU knows this, and has known it. That being the case, certainly if they were going to act anytime soon, they would've done it already?

I recall that ASND announced the Cascade purchase at about 8pm on the Sunday after the
quarter ended. Keep your fingers crossed.
