Ed, you have to watch terms like "shares issued" and shares outstanding" both donot have to include options or commited shares through other processees. FD is "Full dillution" it is the only description that I am aware of where a company must state categorically its full liabilities for "total shares".

Especially the term "shares issued". An option is not "issued" until it is exercised, warrants are not "issued" until exercised, but it is still a future liability to the company and shareholder. Therefore, it must be considered when figuring out market capitalization.

I'm going to phone Donner this week to find out "why", "howcome" and what the %$#&&^ is going on !!!
