Tom, while I do not see any major deflation in this country, I agree that we might have some temporary increases in our trade deficit. I think however, that Sankar point that a lot of the money provided right now to the rim will come back as purcase of goods from us, and thus we might actually (in two three years) find ourselves reducing these gaps as well.

Apart of some sputtering short term, I am quite bullish on the longer term.
