She won't have to do a thing, Penni, except sit in a nice lawyer's office where they will ply her with soft drinks, coffee or tea, and then show up to a settlement conference. She MUST go for the money she will lose from not working and the pain and sufferring. She sounds like one of the very few people who actually deserve this. And the dentist acted very badly indeed. Sounds like he was trying to take advantage of her. What a moron. Did he ask her to sign anything?
