Maybe you can start by explaining the relationship between temperature, dew point and relative humidity for those who may not know.

When you say "where most of the Suns energy hits the Earth and that their the dewpoints are >70F all the time", I, again, am having a little trouble understanding some of your words, ("and that their the", for instance).

Are you able to clarify your wording to make it more comprehensible?

It appears you are claiming that these numbers would apply regardless of any fluctuation in the temperature of the given parcel of air.

Is that what you meant to say?
