re: psuedohemaphrodites

I'm having trouble with this one. If, according to the Webster's I'm looking at, a hermaphrodite is a plant or animal possessing both male and female reproductive organs. And, if psuedo means false.... then a psuedohermaphrodite would be one who pretrends/claims to be both genders (she/he's--he/she's?) but isn't? I'm confused. Unless of course you really meant that we have several gender imposter posters here. Now that I can follow.

And, .... a second to what EP just posted. He's my hero on this thread, and I hope to grow up to be just like him.

You are obviously a very astute investor. What is your opinion of the ramifications regarding Iomega's conduct at Comdex? Will they lose support from other companies because of character association? Will companies be hesitant to jump into bed with an organization that practically celebrates its customer relations and tech support nightmares?

In addition, The new Vapor! 40 MB mini-drive is already turning out to be dead-on-arrival, and now we have word that there is a direct competitor to boot? Who is this mystery outfit? Syquest? Doubtful. Probably someone like Panasonic (Matsushita). Do you think that a competing product that uses MR tech would cause Vapor! to be stillborne?

I am very interested in your response. You have brought a new valuable light into this sometimes very close-minded group.
