$0.06 per share is quite reasonable compared to a lot of plans these days. If they don't also charge a "flat" fee like many do, which the messae seems to indicate they don't (or at least doesn't discuss), these charges are well within my own acceptable guidelines. I prefer plans that have no service charges at all, but they're getting scarcer, and settling for minimal charges is OK with me. I understand that some companies need to charge a bit for sales or termination and that's fine also, since I rarely do either and again, these are quite low. So I think you have a good one here.
