Kenneth, will any of your DD include oilfield research? Again just curious. The article was interesting but so is the pursuit of oil.

Thanks for the great post, Ditchdigger. I had not seen this article before. It should be required reading for anyone investing in small companies. This dramatically demonstrates the potential for abuse in this type of financing scheme.
