I was going to say you did not understand the issue of debt guarantee and I noticed that you have said so at the end of your post.

I am wondering what does this Economist report mean by this? Do not forget, Taiwan has already devalued their currency something like 20%. If the pressure coninues, they may even devalue more. How can somebody call this as "escaped ...?
