Hi Stan - Happy New Year ! ! ! I never expected to hear you quote Prince...... Why you "sexy ....." Stan I feel like I'm one of several witnesses to a crime and as typically happens, different people see different things. You're absolutely correct, Nevada was their first contract. But I gotta tell you my reaction to Dale's post was also that it referred to the Army contract through N/G because he used "U.S." government to describe his experience with letting contracts and vendors. Look Stan, Nevada, the Army, I don't care. I mean if this company gave out real news like it's supposed to, like it should have during the past year we wouldn't be reduced to the guessing games and interpretation of clues we all go through. You raised a good point, Nevada. Is it done? I don't know. Your post indicates it isn't. Is that based on information or is it assumed because they've released no news about it? If it's an assumption it's a fair one in light of everything else surrounding this stock, but still an assumption. If we had facts we wouldn't have to do that. My point is that my last info was that we still didn't know what the hell was going on with Nevada, not really, other than we really don't know. If you've got other info please share it. I'm not happy about the disappointments of the last year, they cost me money. And the points you and other shorts have made about the terrible fundamentals of this stock haven't gone unnoticed. They're true and in black and white for all to see. But I'm looking beyond the fundamentals and asking if this is so horrible why have some successfull people with solid careers joined them. The same goes for NG, OAO, FDC, Registry, if nothing's there what's attracting these people? Say I saw a bunch of people digging into the side of a mountain. Wondering what they were doing I asked this guy next to me. His response was "they're digging for gold but there's no gold in that mountain, it was alll mined out 20 years ago". My reaction would be, "then what the hell are they digging for". That's where I'm at. If there's nothing there why hasn't Esping/BRC left; why did Chait leave Stanford Research; why is NG risking their standing and status with the Fed. Govt. by using a borderline upstart like MD who hasn't verified to the world it even has a product; and where did they get the $14M they blew last year?? Point is I can't write this company off until somebody answers those questions for me and IMO I don't have long to wait. I'm past the hard part :) The problem may be real or imagined but either way it looks like a lot of money will be spent just to find out and all the contracts written so far add up to a small fraction of the estimates projected on what will be spent. What started this was my post defending Jas because I thought "Give it a rest" was an unfair response to his questions. Maybe I'm missing something here. I don't post that often these days and perhaps there's recent history that I'm missing, if so I'm sorry. But if not then I just don't see where he was off base. Long's were gone from this thread for a long time and I just think reaction(s) like that are more likely to keep us away than keep us around. Just my Opinion. Well that's all the news that's fit to print :)) Hope I didn't offend with any of this, certainly wasn't meant to.
