Well here is my opinion..Bullish. Walker is a little attached to the ornamental side of being a board member and hopes and wishes that the new unceremonious CEO ( who is also very uninterested in going the extra steps to assure the general public of his honesty ) is somehow actually legally accountable for something. He won't say that it is true that Waite is doing things to exploit the finances of the company but only suggests that he thinks it may be so. And that is an opinion that many of us have also tossed around. And Krilich is strange.. It may be that there is an imperfect array of administrators at the helm who may have indeed taken advantage of unethical opportunities but as the presence of Dr. Jackie See, Dr. Irwin Goldstein, and others would suggest there is at least a light side to the forces at work too. Perhaps that Business week about Chop stocks a little while back stirred up some extra paranoia. We don't know anything but can only judge for ourselves. Either way an infusion of 12 million dollars will give us more than $0.30 a share won't it? My judgement is in and, having read the entire filing, I have decided to be lax on the paranoia..go with "Registrant" and give HVSF my own personal bullish "okay"... freeedgar.com M. Alexander p.s.
