Does anybody know anything about the Lockheed x-ray lithography system and how it competes with JMAR?? techweb.cmp.com <<<<The Sanders Microwave Electronics Division will manage the design, development and demonstration of a point source X-ray lithography system, which will include an X-ray stepper, X-ray point source and beamline interface that connects the stepper and the source. The development is expected to be completed by April 1998. The Naval Air Systems Command, Arlington, Va., is the contracting agency. The X-ray lithography system will "step" a series of X-ray exposures across a wafer, allowing throughput levels greater than those currently available with electron-beam lithography systems.
