Christopher: Thank you for your part of the Stock Write Up. You did a fine job, as allways. Seems to me you were just waiting to jump in!!

I would say that with the Write up, we now have all points of views covered. The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly.
Anyone interested in this company has a very good foundation from which to start their own research and DD.

Thanks again for your contribution.

OK, Now you are talking stocks. Welcome whatever your name or gender really is or are.

The points that you thought that were worth emphasizing are interesting.

You'll find that on days when the volume is low, the spread is usually 1/4 and when the vol. is greater, the spread is tighter. You'll find that this is common is stocks. Why is this worth emphasizing here. Did you want to point out how your boss, the MM is making himself rich?

The term illiquid is incorrectly applied here. Illiquid would have zero vol. Secondly, the avg. daily vol. for VVID over the last quarter is 90k. Where do you go for facts and information?

All of this information is included in my part of the report and Peg's. Why is this not useful information?

Tell us about this. I am very interested in the facts here as you see them. Tell us about this "spate" of insider selling.

What is relevant here? How is this different than what occurs with just about every small cap? Why is there a need to emphasize this?

If you wish to debate this, I would appreciate one point at a time, so that you can't hide behind insults and other tricks. Let's go for the facts, shall we? Start with number one whenever you are ready.

Sergio

ps for anyone interested, the MM info that CS is referring to can easily be found at athttp://www.nasdaqtrader.com/dynamic/tdhome.stm
It should also be known that there is a thread on SI titled Christopher Smith knows the market. At that thread Christopher Smith has posted everything that he knows about the market so far.

>>>4. A spate of insider selling recently; in September, an officer of the company sold 1/3 of his holdings at about this price. Before that, another officer sold ALL his shares at a price lower than Friday's close.<<<

Christopher thank you for the useful information that you supplied in your post. In regards to the above portion I was curious as to your take on the point that nummerous "stock gurus" like O'neill have made mention that they aren't necessarily concerned with insider selling because of many things that come up such as college tutition or purchasing of a home etc.

I tend to follow this philosophy and was curous to here your point of view. Why do you think that he would continue to hold 2/3 of his shares? Not to mention that the selling was done over 3 months ago.

Cary

Christopher Smith:

Thank you for your added information on VVID. All objective "facts" are appreciated. <?????>

To your buyer beware comment, I would like to caution anyone entering into the purchase of the stock to not blindly buy the stock based on the SWAT writeup at the opening bell. First, as INSTOCK and SERGIO cautioned, do your own DD on this stock before making your decision to buy; second, don't chase the price of the stock at the open as it can sometimes move very quickly on thin volume. If the price starts to move too quickly it MAY be better to buy it later when the herd has passed and the price relaxes. This stock should have good intermediate to long term value so chasing it in the short term may not give you the best price if you are looking to build a position and hold it.
