you may be correct, that china cannot process data, and that is why, along w/ russia, mathematical work is outsourced to the two places

either that or drones, quantum satellites, this and that does not involve data

or perhaps you know someone had used technology to find mh plane?

since when is a global cooperative search for a disaster-struck piece of machinery indicative of anything?

but on the otherhand, w/r to <<They will be seeking technology by ANY means.>>

is that not the astute thing to do? per imperatives leads to solutions? and by processing massive amount of data?
