I have a couple of girls and they played soccer as youths.
i was a soccer coach.
It was in some stats I got then.
I doubted it at first then I noticed that from young ages soccer had girls and boys involved and that soccer fields were all over .
I think if you go to book store and in the stat section you can find the number of partiscipants per sport.
football fields can be used for soccer.
but most elementary schools in south have a soccer field and no foot ball field.
and there are a number of elementary schools that feed the 1 high
school.
soccer is a coed sport and baseball and football can have girls but they are predominantly a man's sport up to age 18.
there is girl softball teams , but you might have 100 soccer teams to one girl softball team.

I never poo-poo paradigms and theories of great men til I've studied them...Milton isn't a bum in economics . many of my college eco. professors studied under him.
