I don't buy a lot of stuff either. I've already got all the stuff I need to be happy. I buy groceries to eat, gas for the car, Netflix and Hulu to pass the time. All my clothes and vehicles are bought second hand, other than underwear and socks.

I'm already a bad consumer.

I try not to buy stuff, but told my son this summer that I'd give his daughters' school 10K for solar panels. I already gave that amount to my school district, either for panels, or to replace parking lot lights with LEDs.
