The share buyback plan is finished now as far as I understand. The original though behind it was to buy shares back and maintain a shares price above 3 dollars, that failed as Mytec didn't have the financial resources available to keep the price there. Hope this answers your question.

Apparently this was also to prevent margins from being called in as well. This did not go to plan to say the least and most margins have been called in anyway due to the recent share price.

This must have cleaned up all the outstanding debt and we are now left with many people being long on this stock.

Nothing would please me more than to see it go through the roof and those that chose to jump ship realize they jumped too soon and are now going to drown!
